As he told one over-the-top tale after another, Baron Munchausen would often encounter an incredulous audience. To the puzzled and the skeptics, the Baron's retort was always, "Vas you dere Charlie?"
Well, I'm not that skeptical, and I hope I'm not too over-the-top, but I would like to know if you're dere Charlie! So please take a minute to click on Comments at the bottom of this post and just send me a one-line response saying that you're there and reading.
Shy? Then send me a private eMail message. Thanks for reading.
I meet with the oncologist on Wednesday to get the results of my CT scan which should reveal how/if the chemo is doing at killing the cancer. Thanks for praying.
I'm here, Jim, and praying for you. I hope you had a good weekend. (Watched the SC game from Atlanta, and was thinking of you!)
Blessings!

Grace is God building a staircase into the most unlikely places under the most trying circumstances. Because He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow, I am praying that the God Who is already there will make the place of chemotherapy His grace place and meet you there with love, peace, power, and healing.

Hey Jim,
We are tracking your blog every day and hanging in there with you in prayer. This blog helps us keep up with you - good days and bad - and encourages more meaningful prayer. Thanks for being so vulnerable and transparent about your walk with God during this journey. Our love goes out to you and Kathi.

Jim,
What a blessing to see the notes of prayer and encouragement from friends across the country who love and care about you, us, and our family.
I'm praying today's report from the CT scan will be an encouragement to us. God is in control and He will guide us through this difficult time as well.
I love you!

I'm supposed to be encouraging you, but the reverse is happening. It's amazing to read about a friend being sharpened and perfected by our Lord. Thanks for the assurance. You're in the prayers of my family.
